Richard Oveh is an early career researcher with a PhD in Computer Science. He is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Delta, Agbor. He is the HoD ICT and a fellow of Nigerian Institute of Medical Research (2023), Oral health Initiative (2024), LUNE TWO: AI. Humanities and Social Sciences(2025), and Ife Institute of Advanced Studies (2025). He is an Interdisciplinary researcher with research focused on providing Computing solutions for identifying and solving real life problems.
